Our eco-organization Valobat is your partner in the implementation of an eco-design approach
Support for eco-design
Valobat will offer you support in eco-design and in the promotion of the environmental performance of your products.
> Training and Training sessions and personalized support by sector will be organized to enable you to work on extending the life span of products and materials and reducing the environmental impact of their production, implementation and use.
> The integration of recycled materials The integration of recycled materials will also be a major focus of support. In addition to existing certifications (product labels such as PEFC and FSC certifications for the wood industry) and in accordance with regulations (anti-waste law for a circular economy, CE marking), eco-design criteria will be defined, a bonus-malus system will be set up (products that comply with eco-modulation criteria will be granted a reduction in eco-contribution amounts and vice versa) or even more advanced labels.
For member companies, Valobat will propose, in the form of calls for projects, financing to facilitate the integration of secondary raw materials in industrial processes, thus promoting closed loops and the creation of added value for the benefit of our territories.

Les Plans de Préventions et d’Eco-conception
Selon l’Article L541-10-12 du code de l’environnement concernant le Plan de Prévention et d’Eco-conception :
- Tout producteur mentionné à l’article 541-10-1 est tenu d’élaborer et de mettre en œuvre un plan de prévention et d’écoconception ayant pour objectif de réduire l’usage de ressources non renouvelables, d’accroître l’utilisation de matières recyclées et d’accroître la recyclabilité de ses produits dans les installations de traitement situées sur le territoire national.
- Ce plan est révisé tous les cinq ans. Il peut être individuel ou commun à plusieurs producteurs. Il comporte un bilan du plan précédent et définit les objectifs et les actions de prévention et d’écoconception qui seront mises en œuvre par le producteur durant les cinq années à venir. L’éco-organisme mis en place par les producteurs peut élaborer un plan commun à l’ensemble de ses adhérents.
- Les plans individuels et communs sont transmis à l’éco-organisme mis en place par les producteurs, qui en publie une synthèse accessible au public, après présentation à l’instance représentative des parties prenantes de la filière. »
La synthèse des plans de prévention et d’éco-conception de Valobat
Selon l’Article R541-101, « L’éco-organisme publie au moins tous les trois ans une synthèse actualisée dans plans individuels et communs de prévention et d’écoconception qui lui sont transmis en application de l’article L. 541-10-12. ».
Ayant été agréé en octobre 2022, Valobat publiera donc une synthèse de ces Plan de Prévention et d’Eco-conception en octobre 2025 au plus tard.
Valobat prévoit de vous accompagner dans la réalisation de ces plans de prévention et d’éco-conception d’ici fin octobre 2024 afin de réceptionner vos plans en janvier 2025.
