The guide to passing on the eco-tax

The operational start of the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) scheme for
Building Products and Materials (BPM) on January 1, 2023 means that companies that will be placing these products on the market must anticipate the implementation of the scheme at various levels.

In accordance with article R.543-290-3 of the Environmental Code, Valobat's members
will be in a position to display the eco-contribution on their invoices and pass it on to their
customers under the conditions described in this guide, as defined by the aforementioned regulation and the competent administrative authorities.
